The causes can be important, if it is an event or situation that is causing you stress, and therefore an inability to sleep, we work with you to resolve and deal with the problem in a healthier way.  There are many clients that come in for anxiety, stress, or relationship problems and in doing this work they find themselves sleeping peacefully again. Often, difficulty sleeping was not even mentioned.

Hypnosis is a relaxing and healing experience in itself and each client receives a recording of the session so they can listen to it before bed, or any time.

The recording allows for repetition of the positive and powerful suggestions to be embedded in the subconscious.
